About Annie M. Nietling
Annie brings an impressive mix of experience to the firm, including international business law, community organization, and seeking solutions to affordable housing challenges. Prior to joining Alward Fisher, Annie worked in-house for corporate legal departments, where she facilitated business transactions, drafted agreements, and researched emerging law in the licensing, data privacy, and intellectual property spaces.
Annie earned her bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University, where she studied international business abroad and counseled clients on financial budgeting. She earned her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, where she gained valuable experience with the Michigan State Housing Justice Clinic. When not practicing law, Annie enjoys spending time in nature, birding, painting, cooking, and traveling with her husband.
